Hi I'm Tracy...

I've been in the public education setting for the past 20 years, in the classroom daily and still am. I understand how education has changed in those two decades. The pressures of the classroom can only be understood by someone like myself. It is the reason I became a professional coach. We are the staple of society and we became teachers because of a passion to help and support student learning. Let me help you reignite your passion. You need support too.

My Story
I became an educator over 20 years ago when my babies were born. I knew if I had to leave them everyday to work then I wanted it to be for a meaningful purpose. Education was calling me: It had been a safe place and an encouraging space for me. It was a place where I saw value in the work. I entered my career with those values and inspiration to create that same environment for my students...20 years later: it is a struggle and many times it doesn’t feel safe. It can be challenging and a discouraging space. There are days I force myself to look for the positive and to remember the value I bring when up against the workload, demands, and repetitive tasks & to-dos. Finding the Joy brings me back to my life's purpose: I am in the business of making other people successful.
When faced with adversity, I pursued the path of leadership, inspired to make positive changes for my fellow faculty in the classroom. Frustratingly, I learned that the best intentions can be on a path blocked by negative forces outside of my control. I began to wonder why is this so hard to make a positive impact for teachers? That’s when my path took a turn to coaching and I realized I can have that positive impact for all education professionals that can not or is not being provided.
